Aponi is a Native American name meaning ‘butterfly’ that represents hope, comfort, positivity, and transformation. Much like a butterfly, adults will experience periods of personal changes. In the process of growth, there can be periods of challenges and uncertainty that lead to stress, anxiety, and grief.

My mission at Aponi Wellness and Counseling, PLLC is to provide mental health education and psychotherapy services to adults of NC.

My vision at Aponi Wellness and Counseling, PLLC is to create a safe and comfortable space for the process of personal change to occur and to provide information and tools for healthy life transitions. It is my belief that every individual should be given equal respect and opportunity to develop and evolve to their personal best.

Aponi Wellness and Counseling, PLLC was established January 2024 and currently has an office located at Lumina Station in Wilmington, NC. I am also available online.
